MRMC, Inc. is a service corporation that supports and serves this multi-organizational academic health center. It is a private, nonprofit corporation established in 1968 and is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of the CEO’s of the six member organizations.  
 
MRMC, Inc. neither governs its members nor operates any of the facilities owned by its members. Its activities and services are in two general categories:
